The Friends of Lincoln Castle (FOLC) is a Registered Charity (700989) founded in 1985 to provide support for Lincoln Castle through education and training and to assist visitors in their enjoyment and understanding of it.
Membership is open to all, either as individuals, partners or families with annual subscriptions due on April 1st. Members have the opportunity to train as a FOLC Castle Guide or perhaps enlist in the Victorian Prison group. For those interested in medieval history, the Lincoln Castle Garrison is a living history group, specialising in the period of the English War of the Roses.
