As a fully paid up member you will be issued a membership card which will allow you unlimited* access to the Castle for free - a thank you from the Castle Management Team for helping to enrich the visitor experience and support the various events throughout the year.

 

 

Current membership fees (renewed annually except Life Membership):

Free access during normal opening hours, outside of special events. Normal Castle entrance regulations apply.

Anyone can become a member of the FOLC.  As a member, you will have the opportunity of training to become a Castle Guide, of joining the Victorian prison re-enactment group or trying your hand at archery with the Friends’ Archery group.  For those interested in more ancient history, the Lincoln Castle Garrison is a medieval living history group, which helps promote the Castle by visiting other parts of the country.
